Our Story

In 2015, while immersing myself in gospel music, I was divinely inspired to establish a new kind of gospel radio station. This station would depart from the norm, setting new standards in a landscape dominated by profit-driven entities whose primary focus laid on appeasing advertisers and entertaining listeners.

This vision birthed Praise 1615 WNVG.

The directive I received was to foster a platform for more than just entertainment. I was to build a station that primarily served to edify, empower, encourage, inspire, and teach its audience. Everything aired, from music to news to talk shows, would be in line with the Word of GOD.
Driven by this vision, I began to meticulously carve out the blueprint for Praise 1615 WNVG. The station would not be dictated by the demands of advertisers, nor would it serve as a stage for sheer entertainment. Instead, its content, shaped and influenced by the tenets of Christianity, would become an enriching source of inspiration and guidance for its listeners.
Moreover, Praise 1615 WNVG wouldn't just play gospel music but would also consistently feature promising new Christian music artists. These upcoming talents would find a nurturing platform to share their talent, further enhancing the diversity and richness of our station's offer.
And so, Praise 1615 WNVG was born - a station that resonates with the pure, unadulterated truth of GOD's Word, empowering and inspiring its audience while providing a launchpad for new Christian talent.
